Taking into account that the requirements of energy supply market to electro mechanical equipment are constantly growing, the development strategy of the company was totally revised in 2003. High-tech modern products were developed and put into production. The program of reconstruction and technical modernization of production is realized in a short period of time. The main problems regarding perfection of the internal management system and client relationship management are determined and set.

The history of the company dates back to 1970. Through many years the company was one of the leading producers of electro mechanical equipment in Leningrad region.

In 2003 on the base of the Boksitogorsk electromechanical plant was formed Baltic Electromechanical Enterprise, BEMP.

15th of January 2007 in St.Petersburg was opened the second BEMP industrial area.
