Advantages of complete transformer substations produced by BEMP


Complete transformer substation is a stock-produced item of BEMP industrial complex:

  • Certificate of conformance POCC RU.ME05.BO3782from 05.12.2005, valid before 04.12.2008;
  • Operating manual: ÎÊÏ 3412 ÁÝÌÏ.67482(3)7.500-ÐÝ;
  • Technical information for design: Issue 1 from 29.09.2005. Complete transformer substations are supplied by the same producer, BEMP is a producer of HVSG (KSO Iva) and LVSG (RUNN Olkha), block-containers and monolithic ferroconcrete cases.
1. Main technical features of the substation body:
  • Single module with dimensions that doesn’t need any special transport means;
  • Heat insulation and heating provide operation at -60 C and protect from sweating inside the compartment;
  • Aesthetic finish;
  • High degree of protection from outsiders breakthrough;
  • Possibility to move substation in case of relayout

2. Main technical features of high voltage switchgear on the base of KSO-190 Iva:
  • modern, compact KSO-190 Iva, design of the year 2003;
  • The case of the cubicle is made of galvanized steel and on the outside is painted by powder paint therefore it cannot be corroded and doesn’t require coloration during the operation life. All parts are joined be the strong screws carrying heavy dynamic loads at the short currents and transportation;
  • Cubicles are equipped by capacitive voltage dividers and bus bar voltage indicators that improves safety level and probability of servicers’ mis-action and enables to carry out phasing at low voltage;
  • The doors of the cubicles are equipped by the hinges that provides doors’ blocking at arc localization;
  • At the back panel of the cubicle there are unloading valves activated by the short circuit arc inside the cubicle and prevented the damage of the cubicle;
  • Arc extinction chambers enable to extinguish the arc effectively in limited volume. Fixed contact that is situated inside the upper bell isolator is automatically hided by the shutter after the switching off;
  • Cubicles are fitted both with roll-out and stationary installed circuit-breakers;
  • Cubicles are equipped by vacuum circuit breaker manufactured by: «Schneider Electric» (France); «Tavrida Electrik»; «VEI» (Italy).

3. Main technical features of low voltage switchgear on the base of RUNN Olkha:
  • Each cabinet has a modular construction and assembled from serially produced components. Wide capabilities of the modules enables to create any configurations of the switchgears;
  • The cabinet is divided into compartments: bus bar compartment, functional equipment department, cable connections and control circuits pathways. Each department has a seal rating according to GOST 14254-IP20;
  • On request of the customer cabinets are equipped by switching units of any producer;
  • Metallic body of RUNN Olkha is made of galvanized steel on the outside is painted by powder paint;
  • Modular structure of the cabinet enables to change or re-equip the module without RUNN Olkha disconnection.
